Pretty in Pink and Smart from the Start!

We recently heard good news from Monique McBride, one of the first moms in our Freadom® Families program – an early literacy initiative in collaborative partnership with Family Support organization Family Focus Englewood (Chicago).

Ms. McBride shared with us that she was hired to work in a Daycare because the administrators there noticed how well she taught her own children at home, right from their birth! The administrators kept commenting on how smart the girls were!

Ms. McBride credits her excellence as the children’s First Teacher to her participation in Family Focus Englewood and The Freadom® Road Foundation programs.

We, in turn, credit Ms. McBride with the tremendous effort, dedication, skill and perseverance she herself contributes.
