Freadom® Fun at Family Focus Community Celebration

On Friday, June 13, 2025, The Freadom® Road Foundation participated in Family Focus Englewood’s annual Community Celebration. It was a festive day of food, music, dancing, and sharing resources from various community organizations. The theme was “Calling All SuperHeroes.”

Little SuperHeroes and their families flocked to the Freadom® booth to personally select goodies from an array of books, sketchbooks, coloring books, pencils, crayons, calendars, notebooks, organizers, and journals, among other items that contribute to a literacy rich home environment and promote a love of reading from the earliest years..

Freadom® participation in this event, and others throughout the year, is made possible by the generosity of The Freadom® Road Foundation’s partner Kiwanis Club of LakeView, Chicago. It is part of Kiwanis International’s “Young Children: Priority One” initiative.
